You choose monthly or every 3 months. Either way you can cancel any time: the plan stops renewing and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. There is no refund for the period in progress.
Yes. Starter comes with a 7-day free trial. At checkout we charge $1 to verify your card and refund it immediately. The trial has the full workflow with a smaller article and image allowance; the plan's full quota starts with the first monthly payment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Starter then renews every month at $49.99. One trial per person and per card; Growth and Pro start without one. If you install Mose from the Shopify App Store, the trial is also free and Shopify shows its terms when you approve the plan.
Yes, from your Mose account. An upgrade takes effect immediately: the unused days of your current plan are credited on the new invoice, and a new billing period starts that day with the new plan's article quota. If you had already used more than the days that passed cover, the difference carries over into the new period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the period in progress. On Shopify, you change your plan in your Shopify admin and Shopify applies its own billing rules.
Yes. Mose saves work as a draft for your review. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
Adding a site is like buying the same plan a second time at 20% off, and it arrives with its own article quota. Your first site keeps its quota untouched.
Yes. A new customer who enters your code at signup gets 10% off their first payment.
An article is not regenerated from scratch. You edit it in the workspace, section by section, as often as you like, and the cover image can be generated once more if the first one does not fit.
Mose pauses new article creation until the next monthly cycle. Existing drafts, published work, and measurement history stay available. You can move to a higher-capacity plan whenever you need one.
